Welcome to The Depot Kitchen Sessions
Monday 14th September 2026 - The Depot, Weedon Bec, Northampton.
A New Kind of Chef Event
The Depot Kitchen Sessions has been created to bring together some of the hospitality industry's leading brands, chefs and innovators for a unique day of live demonstrations, collaboration and learning.
Hosted by Charvet at The Depot, the event is designed to showcase how the very best equipment, ingredients and expertise work together to create exceptional kitchens and exceptional food.
Our ambition is to establish The Depot Kitchen Sessions as an annual event that chefs genuinely look forward to attending.
A Collaborative Industry Experience
This is not a traditional showroom open day or trade exhibition. Every partner has been carefully selected to play an active role in creating themed live sessions that demonstrate complete kitchen solutions rather than individual products.
By working together, the brands involved will deliver an experience that no single brand could achieve alone while providing real inspiration and value to the chefs who attend.
GUEST CHEF // LUKE SELBY
We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Chef Luke Selby of Palé Hall will be joining us as our guest chef for The Depot Kitchen Sessions.
A Roux Scholar with numerous accolades and television appearances including Great British Menu, Luke will take centre stage in The Depot kitchen, demonstrating a selection of his dishes and sharing his techniques, ideas and experience with attending chefs.
Alongside Luke, our Kitchen Sessions partner brands will deliver a full day of live demonstrations, collaboration and learning, bringing together some of the most innovative equipment, products and produce in the industry.
This is not a trade show. It’s a day created for chefs to learn, experiment, exchange ideas and leave inspired.
Places are limited and attendance is completely FREE for professional chefs.
