Our Service Commitment

Service calls placed within operating hours of the business will be passed to a certified Charvet technician within one hour of the call being placed*
(Out of business hours please email Premier Ranges or contact us via WhatsApp.)

The certified engineer will make initial contact to arrange a site visit within three hours of receiving the service request.

In the event of a breakdown, we are dedicated to ensuring the equipment is back to full working order as soon as possible, we are often able to provide a first-time fix due to the core stock of parts carried by our technicians.

If replacement parts are required, our Technicians will usually have the part on their vehicle - allowing them to fix your equipment the same day.
